Learn the fundamentals of bouldering to go from V0 to V3 in 6 weeks

We are excited to invite you to learn bouldering with Colour the Trails at Base Camp Climbing. In this 6-week mentorship program, a Base Camp Climbing instructor will teach a group of 8 participants the fundamentals of bouldering. You will be amazed at how quickly you can improve with a few helpful pointers.

You will:

  • Learn the vocabulary of climbing
  • Hone fundamental movements
  • Practice Route reading and climbing tactics
  • Develop routines for longevity and injury prevention

This course is normally $412.45 for 6 lessons. In partnership with Base Camp Climbing, we are offering this course at $339. What’s included:

  • 6 Weeks of Lessons (shoe rentals included)
  • Membership with Base Camp Climbing for the duration of the program (rentals not included) 
  • Arc’teryx Ion chalk bag ($50 value).

This program will be run via application. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and will close once we fill all spots or by April 23rd.

Registration is open to BIPOC (allies are welcomed to apply but BIPOC registration will be prioritised)!

  • Time: 5pm to 7pm
  • Location: 186 Spadina Avenue #Unit 1A, Toronto, ON M5T 3B2
  • Experience: No experience required.
  • Transportation: Please note: each participant will be responsible for getting to this event. Transit is accessible in Toronto, and you can organize carpooling through our Private Facebook Group. If you are carpooling with someone, please make sure to chip in for gas/parking.
  • Last day to apply is April 23rd  to ensure we give the gym our final numbers with plenty of notice.

  • Cancellation Policy: For mentorships there will be no full or partial refunds once the participation in the program is confirmed.
