It’s Larch season in Alberta!
We will hike to Rummel Lake in search of the spectacular Larch trees.

If you are new to hiking or advanced please come join, this space is inclusive to everyone no matter your fitness level. Our hope is to foster and support our community to enjoy the natural landscape we have, while creating a community and fostering friendships. Everyone can hike, we will pace ourselves, hike as a group, and take breaks when it is needed.

Rummel Lake

  • Difficulty: Moderate
  • Time: 5 hrs +driving
  • Round-Trip: 10 km
  • Elevation Gain: 350 meter
  • If we have the energy, the path up to Rummel Pass and Lost Lake is stunning. The path up leaves from the western part of Rummel Lake.
