Come and celebrate Black joy in the outdoors with us this Black History Month! We welcome all Black, mixed Black, and Afro-Indigenous folks to connect with the community amidst the awe-inspiring beauty of Whistler Blackcomb.

Come for the vibes, stay for the community, leave with new friends. If you’re a beginner, you’ll laugh with your fellow participants as we learn to ski and snowboard during a group lesson. If you’re comfortable riding Whistler blue runs (which are tougher than smaller resort blue runs) and up, we’ll be enjoying each other’s company as we hit the slopes as a crew.
We are hoping to book a private bus from Vancouver to Whistler and back so the good vibes would last from dawn till dusk.
We’ve moved registration for this year’s meetup to an application-based format due to limited spots, the need to figure out levels of riding to organize groups, and a desire to support those who are willing to invest in progressing their own skills and in creating community within our group.
