This event is now open to allies and BIPOC!
Do you love sea kayaking and would you like to continue to learn more about equipment, navigation, decision making, stroked, weather, bracing, capsizing and more?! This Colour the Trails event will be led by experienced instructors from Deep Cove Kayak to give you a comprehensive introduction to the sport of sea kayaking!
The course will run on Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26 at Deep Cove Kayak in North Vancouver.
You must be able to make both days in order to attend this course and receive your Paddle Canada Level 1 Certification so you can safely plan and execute a day trip with friends in Class 1 Waters (non-challenging, protected waters with limited wind effect, little or no current, easy landings and ready access to land-based assistance).
The discounted cost for this event will be $285+GST/person. The regular price for this course is $369+GST.
