Event Details

Come spend the evening with us learning how to roller skate! This is a beginner class so no previous experience is required.

About this Event

We love all our BIPoC community and allies, but please note this event is for Black and Indigenous identifying folks only. Thank you!

Spacing is extremely limited so please let those who have never tried, but think they will most-likely continue rollerskating, to register for the event.

Gear will be provided – skates, knee pads and helmet. But feel free to bring your own helmet if you have one as there is a limited quantity available.

Each person will need to sign a waiver and Covid questionnaire upon arrival.

Wearing a mask is mandatory throughout the event except to drink water, juice, etc. Alcohol is discouraged for beginners.

Hand sanitizer and wipes will be provided, and spacing measures will be in place to uphold social distancing.

The event is able to happen in partnership with Bad Bounce!

All the proceeds from this event tickets will go to Bad Bounce.

We will recreate on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples–Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
