This event is for Black, Indigenous and Racialized folks
We are happy to work with Whistler Blackcomb team to host skiing and snowboarding events this winter!
If you’ve wanted to learn to ski or snowboard, now’s the time to try!
Enjoy Whistler Blackcomb’s annual Never Ever days with a diverse group of folks from Colour the Trails. Experience the thrill of the slopes with a full-day Ultimate Base Beginner lesson package including a learning area lift ticket and rentals, for only $25! Let’s reach new peaks together.
Never Ever Days get sold out really quickly each year. But Whistler Blackcomb team reserved lessons specifically for our group. We have 15 skiing and 10 snowboarding spots.
For people who:
- want to try skiing/snowboarding for the first time OR
- went once a long time ago
The lessons are hosted in the learning area without access to the main trails.
When: Sunday, December 14, 2025
Price: $25
Age restrictions: Lessons are for 19+ only
Registration includes:
- Lift pass (for learning area ONLY)
- Skis/snowboard, boots, poles and helmet rental
- Lesson + instructor
Registration does NOT include:
- Clothing such as ski/snowboard jacket or snow pants, or gloves
- Lunch
- Goggles

Transportation
Each participant will be responsible for getting to Whistler. We will email out a spreadsheet closer to the date so people can self-organize carpooling for this event. You can also organize carpooling and EVO-sharing through our private Facebook group. There are also shuttles that you can take from Vancouver to Whistler.
