Colour the Trails team is excited to bring you the third Colour the Slopes Summit taking place in Whistler, BC, Canada! With the financial support of the Province of British Columbia.

Registration is now open to all BIPOC. Allies, please reach out to us to see your intention for joining. Must be 18 years of age or older to register and attend.

We have 5 different packages. The difference is in the choice of activity on the 3rd day:

  • XC Curious (20 spots) – 945 CAD (approx 665 USD)
  • Just The Slopes (20 spots) – 945 CAD (approx 665 USD)
  • Slackcountry (6 spots) – 1155 CAD (approx 815 USD)
  • Full Throttle (10 spots – 1155 CAD (approx 815 USD)
  • Not Too Chill (20 spots) – 840 CAD (approx 592 USD)

For our guests outside of Canada – US dollar goes a long way North of the border 🙂 You are basically getting 30% discount on the exchange rate!

Please read through the event details and what’s included carefully before registering.

If you’re no longer able to attend, you can cancel your ticket before January 15, 2025 to receive a full refund.

If you cancel between January 15 and January 31, you will receive a refund minus 210 CAD.

For cancellations between January 31st and February 15 we will provide 50% refund.

After February 15 no refunds will be available as there are significant logistics and deposits for this event, and we might not be able to fill in cancelled spots.

Colour the Slopes Summit is back!

We will be expecting you on the evening of March 13, 2025 in Whistler, BC, Canada to kick off the Summit. But personal schedules can be different. You may want to come to Whistler earlier or stay later; your flights may not allow you to make it in time for the first night’s programming; plan according to your own circumstances.

What’s included with every registration/package price

– March 13: Getting together. 5pm event kick-off. Film night and dinner (vegan/veg options available);

– March 14: Day of skiing or snowboarding for everyone broken down into groups by level, with ticket/rentals/lesson, Speaker Presentations, Après Snacks;

– March 15: Activity of your choice as per chosen package, Gala Dinner (vegan/veg options available), 2 drink tickets;

– March 16: Group breakfast, farewells, exchanging contacts. 10:30am wrap up.

Some activities may have limited spots and requirements based on skill level. Please read package information carefully before registering as it might be challenging or impossible to swap packages after you’ve registered.

What’s NOT included in a package:

– Transportation to and from Whistler;

– Booking and cost of accommodation in Whistler. Group rate pricing and room sharing options available;

– Meals not mentioned in the above list of included options.
